What the work is.
Interiors, exteriors and cabinet refinishing across Houston, Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe and Humble are the residential side of it. Alongside that there's commercial work, which means occupied offices, retail, multi-unit buildings and warehouse interiors.

It also means the standard is specific instead of general. A cut line at a ceiling that holds straight, hardware that goes back on clean, and a fascia board that got looked at properly before a coat went on it. Those are the things that come up.

The hardest skill to find and the one that shows soonest. If you can lay down a clean sprayed finish on a door with no texture or drips, and you know why a surface has to be degreased before anything else happens, say so when you call.
Interior painters who prep properly
Anyone can roll a wall. What separates people is the filling, the sanding, the caulk line and a cut that stays straight along a whole room. If your idea of prep is a quick wipe down, this won't be a good fit.
Exterior painters comfortable at height
Ladders, eave lines, fascia and soffit, and full elevations in Texas heat. Aerial lift experience is worth mentioning, because commercial work can need it.
People who take containment seriously
