Privacy policy.
This page describes what this website does with your information. It's short because the site does very little, and we'd rather tell you that plainly than pad it out to look thorough.

- Nothing you send us is sold or shared for marketing
What we collect
What you type into one of the site's two forms. The quote form asks for your first and last name, your phone number, your email address, your ZIP code, which service you're asking about and a description of the project, and it records which page of the site you filled it in on so we know what you were reading.
It also has two checkboxes. The first is required: you agree to this policy and to Rise and Prime Painting contacting you about the request. The second is optional and says texts are fine too. Ray calls the number you gave, or texts it if you ticked that box, and you can stop the texts any time by replying STOP.
The job application on the careers page asks a painter for a name, a phone number, years painting, the trade, and a few lines about past work, with the same required agreement box.
When you send the form, it also carries where your visit started: the first page you landed on, the name of the website that sent you here (never the full link), and any campaign tags or ad click codes in the link you followed. That note stays in your browser tab until you close it, and it only leaves your browser if you send the form.
If you call or text instead, we have your phone number because you used it. Nothing else about you arrives with it.
What Google Analytics measures
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how the site is used: which pages people read, roughly where they are (city level, worked out by Google from the connection), what device and browser they use, and how they found the site, whether that was a search, another website or an ad.
It also records when someone sends the quote form, sends a job application, or taps the phone number, and for those it notes which page it happened on, the page the visit started on, where the visit came from and which service was picked. It never receives your name, your phone number or anything you wrote in the form. Those travel with the form to Ray, and never to Google.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to tell one visit from the next. If you are in California, Canada, the UK, the European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Switzerland, those cookies stay off: Google's Consent Mode keeps analytics cookieless there, and nothing on this site asks you to switch them on. You can block them anywhere with your browser's cookie settings, or with Google's own opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
What happens to it
Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, which is the service hosting this website, and they reach Ray. From there a quote request is passed, through Zapier, into DripJobs, the job management system Rise and Prime Painting runs its work in, so your request is waiting for Ray with the details you gave. Analytics data is held by Google under its own terms, and Another Monday, the agency that runs this website, can read the reports. We use what you send to work out what you need, to price the job and to get back to you about it. That's the whole purpose.
We don't sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. The only circumstances in which any of it goes further are the ordinary ones: a supplier or subcontractor who needs a detail to do the work you've booked, or a legal obligation we can't refuse.
Keeping the form free of spam
The estimate and application forms run a check from Cloudflare called Turnstile, which works out whether a submission came from a person or from an automated script. It replaces the old "pick the traffic lights" puzzles and usually asks you to do nothing at all. It reads the browser and the request, not you, and it is not advertising, tracking or profiling. It only runs on the two pages that carry a form, and it runs whatever your cookie preferences are, because without it the forms fill up with automated junk and a real request gets buried. Cloudflare handles what it sees under its own terms.
What we do not do
This site runs no Meta or Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tags, no remarketing, no Microsoft Clarity and no session recording. Google Analytics' advertising features (Google signals) are switched off. Nothing on this site follows you to another one to show you ads.
That's checked against the code, not assumed. If any of it ever changes, this page changes with it.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while we're talking to you and for a reasonable period afterwards, because people come back, and a record of what was quoted and when is useful to both sides. Records tied to work we've done are kept longer, since the 3-Year Workmanship Warranty means we need to know what we did and when we did it. Google Analytics is set to keep its event-level data for 14 months.
Asking us to delete it
Call (443) 743-8052 or text it and ask. We'll remove what we hold, other than anything attached to a job we've completed, where a record has to survive for warranty and tax reasons.
Children
This is a painting company's website and nothing here is aimed at children. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Changes to this page
If the site starts doing something new with your information, this page gets rewritten in the same change, and the date at the top moves. There won't be a version of this site whose privacy page describes a different one.
