What warranty do you give?
The 3-Year Workmanship Warranty covers failures caused by our workmanship on surfaces we prepared and painted: premature peeling, blistering or flaking from how the coating was applied. The clock starts on the day the project is completed. Water intrusion, structural movement, substrate failure, wood rot and existing coatings failing underneath all sit outside it. Ray goes through the scope with you on the walkthrough.
Do you do commercial work here?
Residential and commercial painting are both normal work for us here: offices, retail units and multi-unit common areas, with the aerial lift certification counting for more on those jobs than it does on a house. Access and operating hours set the schedule, so bring those up first.
Does anyone on the crew speak Spanish?
Spanish is spoken by Ray and by the crew, so conversations can happen in Spanish wherever that suits a household better, from the call that sets the appointment through to the final coat.
